In-person cash sales run through 1:00 PM EDT on Friday, August 16, 2024 during lunchtime on select dates at the main dining hall entrance of the William Boyd Center.
Pay by Credit Card is available until 5:00 PM EDT on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

The winner will be hand-picked on Friday, August 16, at 2pm on the Inn Porch. The winner does not need to be present. Winners will be notified immediately following the drawing by email or phone.
100% of the funds raised during the 2024 raffle will go to the Silver Bay YMCA Council, which funds out-of-budget and program needs of Silver Bay YMCA. Silver Bay YMCA is a 501(c)3 organization and all check or online donations will receive an acknowledgment letter.

Silver Bay YMCA Council is an auxiliary organization of Silver Bay YMCA Conference & Family Retreat Center. Its members are dedicated to restoring, enhancing, and preserving the Silver Bay campus while embodying the Silver Bay Spirit.
Since the 1960s, Silver Bay Council supports the needs of Silver Bay and its Board of Directors. Members find avenues for volunteering throughout the year, participate in fundraising activities to help meet organizational needs, and advise and provide input where and when needed to ensure that Silver Bay remains a vibrant retreat for all.
Since 2005, the Silver Bay Council has raised and donated over $111,000 to support the needs of Silver Bay. Fundraising efforts include raffles, and selling puzzles and ornaments in the store. Our most notable contributions include refurbishing and replacing the rocking chairs at the Inn and throughout the campus. Additional funded projects encompass a variety of needs such as purchasing a golf cart, assisting with landscaping costs, enhancing the kitchen to accommodate large conferences, acquiring maintenance tools and machinery, and providing curtains and other household items for guest lodging. We also contribute to the Capital Campaign.
Anyone can submit an allocation request form. Requests must be received two weeks before a regularly scheduled Council meeting (see our events page for dates).
